Here’s to mylocal.radio

This is exciting, isn’t it!

mylocal.radio is kicking off on 1 July 2025, presenting the very best music from the past 75 years, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week – and we can’t wait!

We often hear of hotels, cafes, clubs and other hospitality venue managers using their personal streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, etc) in their workplace because radio stations play too many advertisements and news services with too many interruptions from ex-footballers, reality TV contestants and so-called influencers. More often than not, these interjections are about promoting the personalities and absolutely not the music.

But using your personal streaming service in a commercial setting breaches the terms and conditions which could lead to account suspension and even legal proceedings.

How good would it be to find a fully-licensed music streaming service that costs you nothing* to listen to and can be used in any commercial premises? A music library containing around 3000 the best songs ever recorded, streaming at all times of the day and night. An easy-to-access service, using an app on your mobile device.

Look no further – you have found it! mylocal.radio is everything you are looking for.

Launching on 1 July 2025 with apps available for your Apple and Android devices from late June.

Follow us on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn and get ready to make mylocal.radio your local!

* Some fine print … we do not charge you anything to listen but we strongly recommend that you visit our page on Licensing. If you play music in any commercial environment – radio, your own CDs or streaming service, digital downloads – you are required to have a licence from OneMusic. Our licences that all us to broadcast do not cover your requirements to have a license to play music in your venue.
